About us

Ingeniería Gaerum S.L. is an engineering and aeronautical services company set in Lugo, and based in Rozas Aerodrome. Gaerum is also the main subcontractor of the project Civil UAVs Initiative. This new company will work to boost the new industrial environment of the technological pole in Rozas.

This initiative was born as the result of the commitment to boost the aeronautic sector in Galicia. In this framework the Galician Government will carry out a major investment to promote a technology centre that will target the development of unmanned aerial vehicles in order to respond to different civilian uses and to improve the service delivery.

Gaerum Engineering is part of Grupo Aerum, a Spanish company specialized in the integration of systems in aerial platforms.

What we do

Ingenieria Gaerum was born with the aim of supporting Indra in the development and construction of the optionally piloted vehicle TARGUS. Gaerum is responsible for: the modifications on the platform, the integration of control systems, the ground tests and flight tests and also the certification process.

Gaerum will also carry out all the operations of the Tecnam MRI surveillance aircraft, allowing Indra and the regional government staff to have the necessary means to carry out assigned missions.

Gaerum is a Galician company, and as such, will encourage local business hiring Galician personnel in order to accomplish the requested objectives.
